You will see this screen by clicking Advanced at the screen for customizing the information and layout of the information to be displayed in the view mode of project cards. For more information, see Customizing Information and Layout in View Mode of Project Cards. At this screen, you can customize the access to the information in the view mode of project cards.
To customize the access to information in the view mode of project cards, function right 322 – Maintain project settings is required. Users with the Project administrator and Production manager roles have this function right. The customization is applicable only to Corporate level roles.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to save the customization.
Click this to reset the customization to the default customization.
Click this to exit.
This displays Project - Read which indicates that you have accessed the customization screen from the view mode of a project card. This information cannot be edited.
This displays the type of the corresponding project. There are a few possible types: Internal, Fixed, Time & Material, and Training. For more information, see Creating and Modifying Projects.
