We are excited to introduce the Exact AI Assistant to Exact Synergy Enterprise (ESE), your AI-powered support companion designed to help you get answers and guidance faster.

What’s new in ESE?

• Exact AI Assistant icon: You will now see a new icon in the top-right menu bar. Click the   icon to launch the assistant.
• Smart help in a pop-up window: The assistant opens in a separate browser window, ready to answer your questions about ESE.
• Language support: The language is based on your ESE preferences. Currently available in Dutch and English. If your question is in a language other than Dutch or English, the assistant will respond in English by default.

What can the Exact AI Assistant do for me?

• Answer questions about features in ESE.
• Provide step-by-step guidance.
• Help you navigate tasks more efficiently.

Additional features

• Refresh button: Start a new conversation anytime.
• Expand button: Resize the chat window for a better view. 

Requirements

To use Exact AI Assistant:

• You will need an internet connection.
• Your browser must allow access to https://services.exactshared.com. 

Things to note

• The assistant opens in a new window (not embedded in ESE).
• Positioning may vary slightly depending on your browser.
• Content and behaviour are managed by Exact.
