InterConnect for Macola: Order Comment Search
Use the Orders: Comment Search page to search through the comments added to orders and quotes.
How to Search for Comments
- On the InterConnect menu, click Reports, and click Orders / Sales Reports.
- Click the Orders / Sales tab.
- Under the Search heading, click Comment Search.
- Select a division, enter comments, and select the type of orders to search.
- Click Refresh.
Use the following table for field options and values.

Select a division for the report. These are back office companies set up in InterConnect. |
| Comments |
You can search comments that have an exact word or phrase; contains a word or phrase; or comments that start with a word or phrase. |
| Type |
Select the type of orders to search: Quote, Order, or Other. |
