Go to Order ➔ To be processed ➔ Commission invoice ➔ Royalties and click Display.
Royalties are generated for sales orders. This report displays all the assigned and unassigned royalties, depending on the search criteria defined in the royalties search screen at Order ➔ To be processed ➔ Commission invoice ➔ Royalties). This report also allows you to obtain an overview of all the completed sales orders and royalties, which can be assigned by applying item rules to the sales orders.
The screen from the menu path displays all the sales orders with royalties assigned or unassigned (depending on the search criteria defined at Order ➔ To be processed ➔ Commission invoice ➔ Royalties).
Note: It is possible that not all the columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to view all the contracts that are linked to the selected debtor.
Note: This button is enabled only if a sales order is selected.
Click this to view the selected sales order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining sales orders.
Click this to assign item rules to the selected sales order. In the Apply rules screen, select an item rule and click Start. You can create item rules at Order ➔ Items ➔ Rules.
Note: This button is enabled only if royalties have not been assigned to the sales order.
Click this to view all the items in the selected sales order. You can also manually define the item rule for the selected sales order by clicking Edit in the Royalties screen. For more information, see Manually assigning royalties to sales orders.
Click this to exit.
