InterConnect for Macola Order Entry Price History Report

The Order Entry Price History Report shows the price and discount information for the item and the customer. The report also has a line with totals for the item and all customers to use as a comparison. You can print the report or export it to an Excel spreadsheet.

How to Open the Line Item Page

Note: There are multiple ways to open the Line Item page. Nearly every page in InterConnect that shows a line number on a quote or order has a link to the Line Item page.

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect menu.
2. Click the Reports link.
3. Click the Order / Sales Reports link.

   

4. Under the Current Activity heading, click the Open Order link.

   

   

5. Find the quote or order you are looking for and click the order number in the Order No column.
6. If there are line items, they are shown at the bottom in the Line Item section.
7. Click a line number to open the Line Item page.

   

8. Click the graph icon that is beside the Item number and description. This opens the Order Entry Price History Report.

   

From the Order Entry Price History Report, you can open the Item Order History Report.
