PU 424, 423, and 422 (Globe): Intercompany Logistics (ICL) functionality now displays Stock screen

ICL offers you the possibility to automate logistic processes between Exact Globe Next databases, where one company (or more) acts as a “sales” company (basically not keeping stock) and one company (or more) acts as a central “stock” company. A company can also be both a “sales” and “central” company. Additionally, a company can also buy stock directly using ICL Purchase.

Previously, when you didn’t have a login history on a machine in which the WMS system was set up, an error message was shown when you clicked the ICL Stock button through >Order > Entries > Sales orders. This prevented you from accessing the Stock screen and checking the stock that you have stored in a warehouse.

This is now resolved; the error message is no longer displayed after running your latest product updater. You can now access the Stock screen as the system delegates the credentials of the user who is set up in the warehouse maintenance to you when you fail to log in to the ICL functionality.
