Introduction

On this page, you can create or modify the cost center subgroups.

Roles and rights

To create and modify the cost center subgroups, function right 48 – Maintain Cost Center Layouts is required. Users with the General manager and Controller roles have this function right.

How do I create subgroups for the cost center groups?

  1. On the HRM: Cost center groups page, click the hyperlink under the Description column.
  2. Click New.
  3. At Subgroup, type the name of the subgroup.
  4. At Description, type the description of the subgroup.
  5. Click Save.

Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.

How do I remove subgroups from the cost center groups?

  1. On the HRM: Cost center groups page, click the hyperlink under the Description column.
  2. Then, under the Description column, click the hyperlink of the subgroup that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete. A message "Are you sure that you want to delete this record?" is displayed.
  4. Click OK.
