Purchase ➔ Price management ➔ Per item group ➔ Maintain
Price lists can be created based on item groups. This can reduce the number of items in the price lists, which will also increase efficiency when maintaining the price lists. For example, a normal price list with an assortment that consists of 1,000 items will create 1,000 price list lines. If price lists are created with an item group, only one line will be created. Note: This function is available only if you have E-Price management and E-Purchase in your license, and the Price lists/price agreements per item group check box is selected at System ➔ General ➔ Settings in Purchase settings under the Price management section.
You can filter the price lists that you want to display by defining the search criteria and clicking Search. The price lists that match the search criteria you have defined are then displayed. A list of options will be displayed if you click at Currency, Creditor, and Item group. From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to search for the entries based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous screen.
Click this to go to the next screen.
Type or select a currency code to display price lists of item groups with the selected currency. You can leave this box blank to search for price lists of item groups with any currency.
Type or select a creditor to display price lists of items groups with the selected creditor. You can leave this box blank to search for price lists of item groups with any creditor.
Type or select an item group to be displayed. You can leave this box blank to display all the item groups.
Click this to delete the selected price list of an item group.
Note: This button is enabled only if a price list of an item group is selected.
Click this to view and/or edit the selected price list of an item group. For more information, see Creating and maintaining price lists per item group for purchase orders.
Click this to create a new price list based on the item group. For more information, see Creating and maintaining price lists per item group for purchase orders.
Click this to exit.
