In Exact Financials 2.24 the 'after entry' functionality of the general ledger cards is extended. Up to now it was already possible to include compressed information of the available entries on the general ledger cards. For this a trial posting had to be performed, using the menu path <LOU>.

As from now the following options (on entry information) are available on the general ledger card, path <GL>.

1. Without entries - the available entries do not appear on the ledger card.
2. With entries compressed - the total balances of the available entries and automatic entries (e.g. payment differences) are shown. For this it is needed that a trial posting is performed (recently). This feature was already available.
3. With entries detail, without automatic entries - for every entry line a detailed record is shown on the ledger card. Automatic entries (e.g. VAT transactions) are not shown.
4. With entries detail, automatic entries compressed - for every entry line a detailed record is shown on the ledger card. Automatic entries (e.g. exchange rate differences) are shown with a compressed balance. For this it is needed that a trial posting is performed (recently).
