Deliverables Report

Introduction

You can generate an overview of deliverable sales orders and service orders by going to Inventory/Reports/Deliverable from stock. The overview contains information on items that are requested by open orders, but are still pending delivery or facing a shortage of current free stock. You can use this information to keep track of the delivery schedule or resolve shortage quantities so that delivery dates are on schedule.

An order may appear in both the deliverables report and the shortage report, the deliverables report only or shortage report only, depending on whether the Partial delivery allowed check box is selected in the sales order conditions. For more information, see Sales order conditions.

Based on the sales order conditions, if there is at least one order line but not all order lines with sufficient stock, you will see the following results:

Note: The deliverables report displays orders that have already been authorized only if authorization is mandatory. Otherwise, the deliverables report displays open orders.

Description

You can filter the orders that you want to display. To display orders, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Display. The orders that match the defined criteria are then displayed in the overview.

Selection section

Warehouse

Type or select a warehouse to display orders that are linked to the warehouse.

Fulfillment date

Type or select a date to display orders with fulfillment dates that start on or before the date.

Sales order debtor

Type or select a debtor number to display orders requested by the debtor.

Invoice debtor

Type or select a debtor number to display orders to be invoiced to the debtor.
