Error

During read back of WMS counts, count lines are not read and the following error shows: 'Item (XXXXXX): Not a stock item"  (or in Dutch: "Artikelcode (XXXXXX): Geen voorraadartikel ")

Reason

This message will show when you define in the count range that only 'stock items' (in Attributes section, Stock option is selected) should be included in the count, but the item counted was not a stock item (in Items card, under Inventory tab and Attributes section, Stock controlled option is not selected).

As from product update 401, this error should not occur anymore on reading back because starting from this version, this validation will already be done on the hand terminal, when scanning the item.

Solution

Change the item to a 'stock controlled item' by selecting the Stock controlled option in that item's card.
