This page displays an overview of all the terms used in the system and these terms can be customized. Define one or more of the following criteria to search for the terms.
All users can access this functionality.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the terms based on the defined criteria. To customize a term, click the hyperlink of the term under the ID column in the overview. For more information, see Customizing Terms.
Click this to update the overview according to the defined criteria. You can only see this button after you have clicked Show.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Click this to exit.
Select the language to search for terms in the selected language. By default, it will display the default language of the system.
Type the ID number to search for the term. You need to type a specific ID number to search for a specific term. You can leave the box blank to display all the terms. By default, all the term IDs used in the system are unique.
Type a full or partial term to search for the term.
Type a full or partial customized term to search for the customized term.
Select this check box to search for all the customized terms. If you go to System/Setup/Terms/Customized, by default, this check box is selected.
