Product Updates 421, 420, and 419: Enhancements for e-Factura schema version 3.2.1 (Spanish legislation)

Enhancements have been made to cater to the new requirements for the e-Factura schema version 3.2.1. The enhancements are applicable to all legislations that support e-Factura, and specifically when sending invoices to debtors that are operating in Spain.

The schema version is applicable for normal, correction, direct, and direct correction invoices that have been created via the menu paths in Exact Globe Next. The affected menu paths are as follows: 

• Invoice ➔ Entries ➔ Invoices
• Invoice ➔ Entries ➔ Direct invoices
• Invoice ➔ Entries ➔ Print ? Process
• Invoice ➔ Reports ➔ Invoice history
• Invoice ➔ Entries ➔ Authorise
• Invoice ➔ To be processed ➔ To be invoiced

The enhancements are as follows:

XML file format

The XML file format has been updated as follows:

• The additional tags <AdministrativeCentres>, <IssuerContractReference> and <File Reference> have been added.
• The <SequenceNumber> tag has been removed.

Note: The new tags <AdministrativeCentre>, <IssuerContractReference>, and <File Reference>, will only be displayed in the XML file if the values for the tags are available in the Absences table.
