Introduction
You can define the printer settings in this screen.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 500 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features
explained here will not be applicable.
How do I define the settings for printer?
- Go to Settings ➔ Printer
➔ Printer
settings.
- Click >
at Printer settings, Layout settings, or Paper settings.
- Click the
required setting that you want to change. For example, if you want to
change the default font, click Layout settings on the left column
and select the relevant option from the drop-down list on the right column.
- Click
Save.
Fields
Printer settings
This section allows you to define the printer settings such
as the default printer, specific printer, use print preview, and print raw
format.
Note: Select Yes for the Print raw format
option in the Printer settings if the solution relies on document
recognition. If the option is set to Yes, the document will be printed
in text format. Otherwise, the document will be printed in image format.
Layout settings
This section allows you to define the settings for the
layout such as font, user name, date, time, and default currency.
Paper settings
This
section allows you to define the settings for the paper such as margin, size,
source, and orientation.

Click this to save the changes.
