You can easily select or search for details of your resources such as the ID, full name, job title, employment status, phone numbers and more.
You can filter the resources that you want to display. To search for resources, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Search. The resources that match the search criteria you have entered are then displayed.
Click this to search for resources based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons will become available.
Click this to return to the previous list of results.
Click this to go to the next list of results.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type the resource ID to search for the resource with the matching ID.
Select Employee, Contractor, Student, Temporary, Applicant, Vacancy, Partner, Customer, or All to search for all resources based on the selected employment type. The default resource type is All.
Type the telephone number to search for the resource with the matching number.
Type the mobile number to search for the resource with the matching number.
Type or select the permanent office location to search for the resource who is based at the selected location.
Type a full or partial name to search for the resource who matches the name.
Select Active, Hired, Inactive, Rejected, Fulfilled, Future, or All to search for resources based on the selected employment status. By default, All is selected.
Type the phone extension to search for the resource with the matching extension.
Type or select the job title to search for the resource who matches the job title.
Click this to create a mail merge template or layout in Microsoft Word. For more information, see Overview: Word Merge.
Click this to export resources based on the defined criteria to Microsoft Excel. The following is an example:
