Reserved serial/batch numbers report

Introduction

You can generate a report on reserved serial/batch numbers by going to Inventory/Serial/batch/Reservations. The report contains information on reserved serial/batch numbers such as the lot number (if any), debtor, order number, order type, fulfillment date, and quantity. You can use this report to keep track of reserved serial/batch numbers and plan allocation of serial/batch inventory.

Description

You can filter the reserved serial/batch numbers that you want to display. To display the reserved serial/batch numbers, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Start. The reserved serial/batch numbers that match the criteria you have entered are then displayed.

Range section

Select Serial numbers or Batches to display the reserved serial numbers or batch numbers respectively.

Warehouse

Type or select a warehouse or a range of warehouses to display the reserved serial/batch numbers that are linked to the warehouse(s). Select the All check box to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for all warehouses.

Debtor

Type or select the debtor ID or a range of debtor IDs to display the reserved serial/batch numbers that are delivered to the debtor(s). Select the All check box to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for all debtors.

Fulfillment date

Type or select a fulfillment date or a range of fulfillment dates to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for orders with the fulfillment date(s). Select the All check box to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for all fulfillment dates.

Item

Type or select an item code or a range of item codes to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for the item(s). Select the All check box to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for all items.

Lot number

Type or select a lot number or a range of lot numbers to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for items with the lot number(s). Select the All check box to display the reserved serial/batch numbers for all lot numbers.

Print section

Lot number

Select the Lot number check box to display the reserved serial/batch numbers with the respective lot numbers.

Buttons

Start

Click Start to generate a preview of the reserved serial/batch numbers report. After you click Start, you will see the Reserved screen. You can proceed to print the report by clicking on the Print button found at the bottom of the screen.

Close

Click Close to exit.
