PU 424 | 423 | 422 | 421 (Globe) and 501 | 500 | 422 (Globe+): XRechnung version 2.2 available from August 2022 (German legislation)

Exact Globe Next will replace the current German XRechnung version 2.1 with version 2.2 to ensure the exchange of your electronic invoices remains valid. As this version takes effect in August 2022, we advise to you to run your latest product updater to continue using this feature efficiently.

The following areas will be updated after running the product updater:

The CustomizationID tag is updated

We have updated the CustomizationID tag to version 2.2 in the XML file as shown here:

Document settings

The UBL2.1 (XR2.2) is available as the standard layout and can be customised.

You can now select the UBL2.1 (XR2.2) format from the Layouts: Invoice screen, accessible through System > General > Settings > Document settings, under the Logistics section at E-Invoice.

Note:

• There are no further changes in Exact Globe except for the updated CustomizationID tag to XRechnung version 2.2.
• The Seller contact email address and Seller contact telephone number fields are now mandatory. Please ensure that you fill in the company's email address and telephone number before generating the XRechnung version 2.2.
