Overview of people headcount report

Introduction

The headcount chart provides user a quick view of a company's headcount at any point of time. You can analyze the number of staffs you have employed by printing the overview of the people.

Menu path

HR ➔ Statistics ➔ Headcount ➔ People

Fields

Range section

Person

Type or select a person or a range of people to view the headcount with the selected person. Select the All check box to view the headcount for all the people.

Cost centre

Type or select a cost centre or range of cost centres to view the headcount with the selected cost centre. Select the All check box to view the headcount with any cost centre.

Selection section

Print

Select to print the headcount based on Period, Weekly, or Quarterly.

Date

Type or select a date or range of dates to view the headcount with the selected date. Select the All check box to view the headcount with any date.

Note: This field is enabled only if you have selected Weekly or Quarterly at Print.

Year

Select the year to view the headcount for the selected year.

Note: This field is enabled only if Period is selected at Print.

Period

Type the period or range of periods to view the headcount with the selected period. Select the All check box to view the headcount for all the periods.

Note: This field is enabled only if Period is selected at Print.

Cumulative

Select this check box to view the cumulative data.

Budget

Select this check box to view the headcount for the selected budget scenario.

Budget scenario

Type or select a budget scenario to view the headcount with the selected budget scenario.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Budget check box is selected.
