Overview of public holidays

Introduction
This screen allows you to select the main location for the
selected public holiday(s).
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 407. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained
here will not be applicable.
How do I select a main location for a public holiday?
- Go
to System ➔ General ➔ Countries ➔ Public holidays.
- Select
a relevant date, and click New.
- At
Main location, type the location name, or click the Browse icon to
browse for, and select the location.
- Click
Save, and then click Close.
Note: The main locations can only be defined when
creating the main location entries. The main locations cannot be changed for
existing public holidays.
Fields
Rows
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set
the default number of rows to 3, then 3 rows will be displayed. Therefore,
if you have more than 3 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next
buttons.
Filter
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains
a certain letter or word.
Location
Type a full or partial unique code of a location to search for the location.
Description
Type a full or partial description to search for a location that matches
the description.
Buttons
Search
Click this to search for locations based on the defined criteria.
Clear
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Previous
Click this to return to the previous screen.
Next
Click this to go to the next screen.
Select
Click this to select a location that you want to use.
Note: This button is enabled only if a location is
selected.
Open
Click this to view or modify the selected location entry.
Note: This button is enabled only if a location is
selected.
New
Click this to create a location entry.
Report
Click this to view the search results in the format of a report. You can print
the report by clicking
Print at the
Report screen.
Close
Click this to exit.
