At this screen, you can obtain a statistical overview of requests per division. The corresponding requests are listed from four different perspectives: General, Resources, Divisions/Cost centers and Request types. This gives users the convenience of analyzing data from a single screen but from different perspectives.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the statistical overview based on the defined division.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to refresh the statistical overview based on the latest division selected.
Note: This button is available only when you have clicked the Show button.
Click this to clear the defined division so that you can define a new statistical overview.
Click this to exit.
Type or select a division to obtain a statistical overview of requests which are in the workflow of the people under that division. Leave it blank to have a statistical overview of requests which are in the workflow of people under any division.
