You can obtain the pivot analysis of the online tests results in this screen by defining the criteria and clicking Show. This pivot analysis allows you to analyze the results of the online tests by specific tests, questions, divisions, cost center groups, cost centers and/or people. You can choose to display the pivot analysis in the matrix form by selecting the values such as cost center, division, group, activity, job group, job title, question, person or test.
Workflow/Reports/Assessment/Pivot analysis
To view the pivot analysis of online test results, function right 462 – View pivot analysis of online test results is required. By default, users with the HR and General manager roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the pivot analysis report based on the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the pivot analysis report according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to exit.
Select an item to display the pivot analysis report on assessment for the selected item. Leave this blank to display the pivot analysis for all items used in assessment.
Select a question to display the pivot analysis report on assessment for the selected question. Leave this blank to display the pivot analysis for all questions related to the item defined in the Test field. If there is no item defined in the Test field, then all assessment questions will be displayed.
Select a division to display the pivot analysis report on assessment for the selected division. Leave this blank to display the pivot analysis for all divisions.
Select a group to display the pivot analysis report on assessment for the selected group. Leave this blank to display the pivot analysis for all groups.
Type or select a person to display the pivot analysis report on assessment for the selected person. Leave this blank to display the pivot analysis for everyone.
Select a cost center to display the pivot analysis report on assessment for the selected cost center. Leave this blank to display the pivot analysis for all cost centers.
This indicates that the report generated is a pivot analysis report.
Select a maximum of two variables to be used for comparison. You can choose to view the pivot analysis by Percentage, which is the percentage of maximum score or by Count, which is the number of completed tests.
Select the variable to be used for the X-axis at Row and then type the maximum number of rows to be displayed in the report.
Select the variable to be used for the Y-axis at Column and then type the maximum number of columns to be displayed in the report.
Click this to switch the values between the row and column.
Click at the title bar to customize the fields, columns, or sections. You can add or remove existing criteria based on your preferences by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes. Click Save to save the settings, Reset to clear the selections, or Close to exit without saving.
