You can obtain an overview of assessment scores from this page by defining the criteria and clicking Show. Assessment scores are marks obtained by people who had taken online tests, surveys, and/or quality analyses.
Workflow/Reports/Assessment/Scores
To view the assessment scores, function right 427 – View test scores is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
However, users with security level 2 or higher will be able to see their own assessment scores.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the assessment scores based on the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of this button will change to Refresh.
Click this to display the assessment scores based on the changes you made to the criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to exit.
Type or select an item used in an assessment, survey, or quality analysis to display the scores for the selected item.
Type or select a question related to the assessment, survey, or quality analysis to display the scores for the selected item.
Select a group to display the scores of everyone belonging to the selected group.
Type or select a division to display the scores of everyone for the selected division.
Type or select a cost center to display the scores of everyone from the selected cost center.
Select the required option, and then type or select the person to display the scores for the following:
Person – Select this to display the scores for the selected person.
Manager: Direct – Select this to display the scores for people who are reporting directly to the selected manager.
2: Level – Select this to display the scores for people who are reporting directly and indirectly (1 level) to the selected manager.
3: Level – Select this to display the scores for people who are reporting directly and indirectly (2 levels) to the selected manager.
Select the Applicant, Contractor, Customer, Employee, Partner, Student, and/or Temporary check boxes to display the scores from the respective types of employment. You can select more than one option.
Select the Active and/or Inactive check boxes to display the scores for the respective statuses.
Type or select a job title to display the scores for everyone with the selected job title.
Type or select a job group to display the scores for everyone with the selected job group.
Type or select a customer to display the scores for the selected customer.
Select an assessment type to display the scores for the selected type of assessment. There are three assessment types:
Test – Select this to display the assessment scores. Selecting this will enable a box next to it. The 2nd box is already enabled by default. Select Test to display all the assessment scores or My to display your own assessment scores.
Quality analysis - Select this to display the scores for the quality analysis.
Poll – Select this to display the scores for the survey.
Type or select a job activity to display the scores for the selected job activity.
