Note: This menu path is available only if you have selected the Use sales commission check box under the Sales commissions section of Order settings or Invoice settings. For more information, see Order settings or Invoice settings.
In this screen, you can obtain an overview of territories. Besides that, you can also delete a territory from this overview. You have the option to use the territory management function to support the reporting aspect of the sales commission management function.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Click this to display the territories based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to “2”, then two rows will displayed. Therefore, if you have more than two rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous list of territory codes and descriptions.
Click this to go to the next list of territory codes and descriptions.
Select starts with or contains to search for territories that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type the full or partial code of a territory.
Type the full or partial description of a territory.
This column displays the codes of the territories.
This column displays the descriptions of the territories.
Click this to delete the selected territory.
Click this to open the selected territory.
Click this to create a territory. For more information, see Creating and maintaining territories.
Click this to exit.
