Vacancy does not match the applicant

If a competence is not mandatory for the matching process, the vacancy will not be viewed as a match for the applicant if the value of the competence in the competency profile of the applicant has not been rated. If the value of the competence is defined in the competency profile of the applicant, the vacancy that is viewed as a match for the applicant will have one of the following indicators:

  • ArrowUpGreen — If the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is higher than the rating received by the applicant.
  • check — If the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is equivalent to the rating received by the applicant.
  • arrowdownred — If the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is lower than the rating received by the applicant, or the norm value is not defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy.

If a competence is mandatory for the matching process, the vacancy will not be viewed as a match for the applicant if the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is higher than the rating received by the applicant. This is because the vacancy has a requirement that was not met by the applicant. Also, the vacancy will not be viewed as a match for the applicant if the norm value for the corresponding competence is not defined for the vacancy. Otherwise, the vacancy that is viewed as a match for the applicant will have the following indicators:

  • check — If the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is equivalent to the rating received by the applicant.
  • arrowdownred — If the norm value defined for the corresponding competence for the vacancy is lower than the rating received by the applicant.
