When you're using a Matrox videocard driver it is possible that a pc is not responding anymore when you try to browse in Exact Financials C/S.

The reason is a monitor setting of this driver called "Use 3D bitmap caching". You can see this via Start - Settings - Control Pannel - Display. Under the Tab Monitor you can find this setting (only when you use a Matrox videocard driver). To work with Exact Financials C/S you have to disable this option.
