Problem

When closing E-WMS WMSclient on a Windows PC, you see following message:

"Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Exact\WMS Client\erfc.his' is denied."

Solution

This error shows because when closing the WMSclient, it will try to save the used URL's in file erfc.his, in the clients program folder - but you have insufficient rights to write to that folder.

Please change your user rights so you are able to create and write to files in this folder.

The message above will be shown starting from product update 406, in earlier releases you would see an 'unhandled exception' error:
