This page allows roles to be linked to the main contact persons for the reseller.

Roles & rights

All the users can link roles for the main contact person of the reseller.

Note:

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 257 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I link the role of the main contact person for the reseller?

1. On the Accounts: Search page, define the search criteria.
2. Click Show.
3. Select a reseller in the Account name column.
4. Click Security under the Contacts section.
5. Click New.
6. Define the fields.
7. Click Save.

Keep in mind: Roles can be linked for the contact person only if the contact person is the main contact person for the reseller. Thus, this functionality is only available for the main contact person.
