PU 502 (Synergy): Exact Synergy app users with IIR role can now view request document and attachment

With this update, Exact Synergy app users are able to view documents and attachments of Integrated Invoice Register (IIR) requests. This allows users with the IIR role to get more information about the request.

Previously, Exact Synergy Enterprise web users with the IIR role were able to view an IIR request's document and attachment. However, this feature was not available to Exact Synergy app users.
