Product Update 396/397: Changes to VAT Return Consistency Check, EU Sales List, and VAT Listing Reports (Belgian Legislation)

Introduction

Standard printed reports such as the VAT return consistency check report, EU sales list checklist report, and VAT listing checklist report will be in accordance with the new VAT regulations in EU as of 2010. For more information, see Product Update 395/396: New Value-Added Tax (VAT) Rules (Belgian Legislation).

The Purchase net of credit notes and other corrections section is renamed to Credit notes and negative corrections.
The Credit notes and negative corrections section is renamed to Acquisitions, credit notes and other corrections.
"VAT box: 88" is added to the Acquisitions, credit notes and other corrections section.
The formula has been modified as in the first column under the Checks section and the results are displayed as "OK" or "Error" as in the last column under the Checks section.

The report header has been modified as shown below.
Under the Debtor info section, the VAT number is displayed first before the country name.
For each debtor, the Listing section is renamed to Listing goods.
A summary section is added where information such as Total: Listing goods, Total: Listing services, Total: Triangulation, and Total: Correction are available.
