Problem

When starting replenishment for a receiving warehouse other than the issuing warehouse, the follow message is shown: "Pick-IT replenishment: message "No stock shortages which can be replenished". Replenishment settings are set to "requirements only"=off and Pick-IT locations are defined for the item in the receiving warehouse.
 

Menu path

The error occurs in menu Inventory/Warehouse management/Pick-IT stock replenishment/Control center after selecting a receiving warehouse other than the issuing warehouse, and using the button Generate

Error reason

The reason for this error may be that the 'receiving warehouse' was not linked yet to the item itself, this is likely when starting with a new item, or when the item was not used yet in that warehouse.

Solution

Link the 'receiving' warehouse to the item in Inventory/Items/Maintain, tab Inventory. Although not mandatory for Globe, it is necessary for Pick-IT to set up also a default location for this warehouse (necessary in Pick-IT Counts and Stock Transactions).
