Overview of entitlements for people or divisions

Introduction

On this page, you can view and/or add absence entitlements for a selected person or people belonging to a selected division. Absence entitlements are time off, such as annual or sick leave given to employees. The number of days given varies depending on the policy of each organization.

Roles & rights

To view or add the entitlements for people or divisions, function right 145 – View Resource card or function right 90 – Maintain division is required. Users with the HR and HR assistant roles have these function rights, while users with the General manager role have the latter function right.

How do I view the list of entitlements for people or divisions?

  1. On the HRM: People, define the relevant criteria.
  2. Click Show in the HRM: People or HRM: Default work schedule page.
  3. Click the name of the person in the Name column to view the list of entitlements for the selected person, or the hyperlink in the Division column to view the list of entitlements for the selected division.
  4. On the personal card, click Entitlements under the Monitor section, or click Entitlements on the HRM: Default work schedule (Division) page.

How do I create entitlements for people or divisions?

  1. On the HRM: People, define the relevant criteria.
  2. Click Show in the HRM: People or HRM: Default work schedule page.
  3. Click the name of the person in the Name column to view the list of entitlements for the selected person, or the hyperlink in the Division column to view the list of entitlements for the selected division.
  4. On a personal card, click Entitlements under the Monitor section or click Entitlements on the HRM: Default work schedule (Division) page.
  5. On the HRM: Person – Entitlements or HRM: Division Entitlements page, click New. For more information, see Adding or modifying entitlements for people or divisions.
  6. Define the relevant criteria.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Close.
