On this page, you can view the production orders with the steps that are executed on the selected operation. This provides you real-time visibility of the statuses of the production orders and job operations.
Only the following production orders are displayed in this overview:
To access this page, the Shop floor control role is required. In addition to that, a few requirements need to be met. For more information, see the Roles and rights section in Logging in to Shop Floor Control via Exact Synergy Enterprise.

This column displays the start dates of the operations. The date format is based on the settings defined at Control Panel à Region and Language à Short date.
This column displays the start times of the operations. The time format is based on the settings defined at Control Panel à Region and Language à Short time.
This column displays the production order numbers with steps that are executed on the selected operation. Only production orders with at least the Released status, but not Completed, are displayed.
This column displays the descriptions of the production orders.
This column displays the step numbers of the production orders that are executed on the selected operation. Only operations with the Open and Started statuses will be displayed.
This column displays the descriptions of the make items for the operations.
This column displays the planned quantities of the make items for the operations.
This column displays the sales units of measurement of the make items for the operations.
This column displays the current statuses of the operations.
This column displays the statuses of the previous steps of the operations:
This column displays the end dates of the operations.
This column displays the end times of the operations.
