How-to: Retrieving Exact Synergy Enterprise License Files via Customer Portals
Introduction
You need to have a valid Exact Synergy Enterprise license to create a database for your system or to begin some of your applications, including the database conversion tool. The Exact Synergy Enterprise license files can be downloaded from the customer’s portal.
Description
To retrieve Exact Synergy Enterprise license file via customer portal:
- Log in to the customer portal.
- Go to an account card which has the required license.
- Next, click Contracts in the Monitor section. This is available only if the account has one or more contract created.
- Then, click the required contract under the Contract column to go to the contract card.
- In the contract card, click the hyperlink at Document in the Status section.
- Finally, click the license file hyperlink or Download and save the license file to a preferred location.
