PU 424, 423, and 422 (Globe): Improved XML file creation for SEPA Direct Debit (SDD)
Currently, in Exact Globe Next, you may have multiple cash
instruments with each one linked to a specific custom SCT style sheet. When you
process your payments against multiple terms, an XML file is created for each
term that is linked to a different cash instrument. The number of processed
terms is then multiplied by the number of SCT files that you have created.
For example, when you have five custom SCT style sheets and
are processing three terms, the system creates a total of 15 XML payment files
(five files for each term). This means you end up with more XML files than
needed for your SEPA payment submission.
In this product update, we’ve made improvements to make sure
you have only the necessary XML file when submitting your SEPA payments.
Improvements to the XML file creation
With this latest update, after you process your payments, the
system creates an XML file for the SEPA payments and generates the processed
terms as is. The system will not create multiple XML files, regardless of the number
of custom SCT style sheets you have.
