Product Updates 422, 421 and 420: XML tags improved for Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany E-Invoice

Exact Globe has supported electronic invoicing since product update 392. In this product update, the XML tags have been improved to standardize the E-Invoice format for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany country codes.

The following tags have been implemented in the UBL file:

<cbc:BuyerReference> tag

The <cbc:BuyerReference> tag has been added to the E-Invoice format for Netherlands. This tag will display the value from Your reference from the sales invoice. For the sales credit note, the system will show the Your reference value from the original sales invoice.

<cbc:SalesOrderID> tag

The <cbc:SalesOrderID> tag has been added under the <cac:OrderReference> block for the E-Invoice formats for Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. This tag will display the value from SO no from the sales invoice. 

<cbc:ID> tag

The <cbc:ID> tag under the <cac:OrderReference> block will display the value from Your reference from the sales invoice for the E-invoice format for Belgium. For the sales credit notes, the system will display the Your reference value from the original sales invoice.

Note:

• This change applies to the Invoice ➔ Entry ➔ Sales invoice menu path.
• This functionality is applicable for all the debtors with the invoice address country code NL, BE, or DE.
• This functionality is applicable for the sales invoices and credit notes.
• The import of eInvoice Purchase Journal will not be affected.
