Overview of activity monitor

Introduction

This screen allows you to view the information on the activities of the people. In this screen, you will be able to know the details of the activities for each person, activities completed within a range of cost centres, person, or cost centre involvement in a range of date or period.

Fields

Person

Type or select a person to view the activities of the person. Select the All check box to view the activities of all the people.

Cost centre

Type or select the cost centre or range of cost centres to view the activities of the people from the cost centre.

Note: This field is enabled only if the All check box at Person is selected.

Involvement

Select Created, Modified, or Person to view the activities of the person with the selected involvement type. By default, Created is selected.

Period

Select Manually, Today, Week, Month, or Previous month to view the activities of the people for the selected period. By default, Manually is selected.

Date

Type or select a date or date range to view the activities of the people with the selected date. Select the All check box to view the activities of the people with any date.

Show section

Select the check box(es) of the module(s) to view the activities of the person for the selected module.

Buttons

Refresh

Click this to refresh the screen based on the search criteria defined.

Zoom

Click this to view the details of the activity completed for the selected module.

Close

Click this to exit.
