Product Updates 413, 412, and 411: New fields added in tax invoice layout (Thai legislation)

As of product update 413, new fields have been made available in the tax invoice layout definition.

These new fields, which are available only for the tax invoice layout, can be defined via the System à General à Settings à Documents settings menu path.

The following lists the new fields available for the tax invoice layout:

Address block

• Debtor VAT number
• Creditor VAT number
• Head office / Branch No.

Item block

• Item description
• Amount excl. VAT

Total block

• Cheque number
• Cheque: Date
• Bank reference
• Total amount excluding VAT
• Total: Amount paid
• Invoice: Note

Apart from that, previously, the tax invoice number for sales invoices  had a prefix format consisting of the year and month. This prefix format has been removed and only the tax invoice number will be displayed.
