Cleaning up sales price lists

Introduction

When you have created multiple sales price lists in the system, it is possible to delete the sales price lists which you do not want to use.

Fields

Search

Click this to search for the sales price lists based on the defined criteria.

Clear

Click this to clear the defined criteria.

Number of rows

Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 20, then 20 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 20 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons become available.

Click this to return to the previous list of results.

Click this to go to the next list of results.

Pricelist

Type a full or partial price list code based on a keyword that starts with certain letters or numbers to display the sales price lists that match the code.

Description

Type a full or partial description of the price list based on a keyword that starts with certain letters or numbers to display the sales price lists that match the description.

Currency code

Type or select the currency code to display the sales price lists in the selected currency.

Country

Type or select the country code to display the sales price lists for the selected country.

Classification

Type or select the classification code to display the sales price lists for the selected classification. The available options depend on the account classifications you have created at System ➔ General ➔ CRM ➔ Classifications.

Status

Select the status of the sales price lists to display the sales price lists of the defined status. There are four options available, namely Active, Reference, Pilot, and Passive. Leave the field blank to display the sales price lists of all statuses.

Type

Select the account type of the sales price lists to display the sales price lists of the defined type. There are eight options available, namely Associate, Employee, Bank, Customer, Division, Prospect, Reseller, and Supplier.

Buttons

Delete

Click this to delete the selected price list(s).

Note: This button will only be enabled if one or more sales price lists are selected. If you select one price list and the selected price list is used in any open orders, you will not be able to delete the sales price list. A message will be displayed to inform you of this.

Open

Click this to open and view the details of the selected sales price list. You will see the Maintain sales price lists screen.

Note: This button will only be enabled if a sales price list is selected.

Close

Click this to exit.
