Deleting Process Flow Templates

This page displays the available process flow templates. The process flow templates can be selected on this page for deletion.

Roles & rights

To delete process flow templates, function right 348 - Delete all requests of a specific type, together with request is required. Users with the Administrator role or a designated template manager, if available, have this function right.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column

Delete

Click this to delete the selected process flow template(s).

Click this to exit.

Description

Process flow templates are pre-designed groups of workflow. Process flows determine which request types are created automatically at a certain stage of the workflow.

Select the relevant process flow templates by clicking on the corresponding check box(es).

Note: Click the check box in the table header row to select all check boxes.
