Log in to the Exact support portal | Troubleshooting

Do you experience issues logging in to the support portal? We have gathered all the resources below to help you out.

I cannot remember my password 

• I have access to the email address associated with my login. 

• Click here to reset your password. Fill in the Customer code/User name and E-mail address fields. Click Reset password. 

• I do not have access to the email address associated with my login. 

• You can refer to the main contact person of your company to make sure that the password reset is done properly. If the main contact person is not available and you still need to reset the password, you can contact the Exact support team using the contact format the bottom of the page.

I do not have access to the support portal. How do I request access? 

• I do not have an Exact Online subscription. 

• Click here to request portal access. 

• I already have an Exact Online subscription. 

• If you already have a subscription, your access to the support portal is already available by default in the Exact Online environment.You can access it directly through the following link: Exact support portal 

I received this error while trying to log in: “An error occurred while attempting to update the record. Try again. Question record type: this ID value isn't valid for the user: 0124K000000gFnHQAU” 

This means that you need to reset your account. Please contact Exact support using the contact form below so we can do this for you.

I received this error while trying to log in: “Unauthorized access”

You can resolve this error by clearing your cache and cookies in your browser. Alternatively, you can try logging in using another browser.
