On this page, you can view a list of divisions as well as create division entries.
All users can view the list of divisions. However, to create divisions, function right 366 – Create new division is required. To modify divisions, function right 90 – Maintain division is required. Users with the General manager, HR, or HR assistant role have these function rights.
The information in this document is based on product update 250.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.

Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.

Click this to create a division. For more information, see Creating and modifying divisions.
Click this to exit.
Type or select the country code to specify the country of the division.
Select the Active, Future, or Inactive check boxes to display the divisions belonging to the selected statuses.
Select the layouts of the division. You can define these layouts at HRM à Setup à Organization à Groups: Division or Financial à Setup à Organization à Groups. For more information, see Overview of group layouts.
Type a number to define the number of divisions to be displayed on a single page. Click Show to update the page size.
This column displays the codes of the divisions. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding division card. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
This column displays the names of the divisions. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding division card. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
This column displays the countries of the divisions.
This column displays the descriptions of the respective layouts.
This column displays the statuses of the divisions.
