This screen allows you to view a list of competences. This list allows a company to view and define the competences of employees required to meet the objectives of the company. With this list, the management is able to determine the factors that are used to measure the performances of the employees.
This function is available only if the competency method is defined as Simple in the HRM general settings. For more information, see Defining HRM General Settings.

All users can view the list of competences.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to modify the list of competences. For more information, see Modifying Competences.
