This page allows you to search for websites and workspaces configured for standard, reseller portals, customer portals, and/or supplier portals. You can also configure websites and workspaces, or modify existing ones on this page.
To configure or modify the configurations of websites and workspaces, function right 276 – Maintain websites, corporate level is required. By default, users with the Web administrator role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 258 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon is mandatory.
Click this to exit.
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to configure a website or workspace. For more information, see Creating and modifying configurations of websites and portals.
Note: This is available only if you have function right 276 – Maintain websites, corporate level.
Select Yes or No to display only active or inactive websites and workspaces respectively. Inactive websites and workspaces remain in the system but are not available for viewing by users. Leave the field blank to display all websites and workspaces.
Type or select the division code to display only websites and workspaces linked to the selected division. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Type or select a classification ID to display only websites and workspaces that are linked to the selected classification. Once you have selected a classification, you can view the details of the classification by clicking the name of the classification displayed next to the box. For more information, see Creating and modifying classifications.
Type or select a sector to display only websites and workspaces that are linked to the selected sector. Once you have selected a sector, you can view the details of the sector by clicking the name of the sector displayed next to the box. For more information, see Creating and modifying sectors.
Type a full or partial title to display the websites and workspaces that match the title entered.
Type a domain name to display only the websites that are hosted at the corresponding domain name.
Select Standard, Reseller portal, Customer portal, or Supplier portal to display only websites and workspaces that are linked to the selected type. The type determines the websites and workspaces that can be accessed by the specific accounts. For example, websites that have the type Customer portal can only be viewed by customer accounts.
This column displays an icon for every active website and workspace. Clicking this icon will open the respective website or workspace in a new tab.
This column displays information on whether the websites and workspaces are active or inactive.
This column displays the names of the websites and workspaces. You can click the corresponding hyperlink to view and modify the corresponding website or workspace. For more information, see Creating and modifying configurations of websites and portals.
This column displays the domain names of the websites.
This column displays the divisions linked to the websites and workspaces.
This column displays the classifications linked to the websites and workspaces.
This column displays the sectors linked to the websites and workspaces.
This column displays the document types of the websites and workspaces.
