You can configure the Invoice: Division field for a request type in this page. This field allows the user to select a division that will issue the invoice to the customer if an invoice is generated from a request of this type. In the request, the field is presented as a Search icon if the selected option of the Invoice field is other than None. If there is a division selected, the division description is presented as a hyperlink to the division card.
This field is to be used together with the Account and Invoice fields. If the selected option of the Invoice field is Account and the account selected in the Account field is a customer account, the user can select a division that has a debtor account of the selected customer account.
