On this page, you can view a log report that displays the status of the mail merges created for the people by defining one or more of the following criteria.
To view the mail merge log report, one of the following function rights is required:
If you have the CRM license role, you will not be able to view the log report even if you have the respective function rights because a CRM user will not be able to access the Marketing or HRM module.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Type or select an ID to display the log report with mail merges created by the selected person. Once you have selected a person, you can view the details of the person by clicking the name of the person displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Type or select a subject to display the log report with the selected subject.
Note: This is not available when viewing the report at Modules ? Customers ? Reports ? Opportunity management ? Batch create - Log.
Type or select an ID to display the log report with mail merges created for the selected person. Once you have selected a person, you can view the details of the person by clicking the name of the person displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Type or select the account to display the log report with mail merges created for the selected account. Once you have selected an account, you can view the details of the account by clicking the name of the account displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing company account cards.
Type or select a date or range of dates to display the log report with mail merges created within the specified date range.
Select the Completed, Error, Open, and/or Running check boxes to view the mail merges with the selected status.
Type or select the division code to display the log report for the selected division.
