Introduction

On this page, you can view a log report that displays the status of the mail merges created for the people by defining one or more of the following criteria.

Roles and rights

To view the mail merge log report, one of the following function rights is required:

  • Function right 160 Allows mail merge from resource search. By default, users with the General manager, HR, or HR assistant role have this function right.
  • Function right 200 Allows to export account data from search results. By default, users with the Marketing manager role have this function right.
  • Function right 490 Allows to do batch update of items. By default, users with the Item management role have this function right.
  • Function right 423 – Allows to transfer accounts and responsibilities of accounts to a new reseller, account managers, workflow of reseller contact persons, and in case the reseller is used as invoice debtor changing the invoice debtor, before deactivation. By default, users with the Reseller manager role have this function right.  
  • Function right 566 Cleanup not validated accounts. By default, users with the Customer manager role have this function right.
  • Function right 612 Allow to reset background job which failed unexpectedly. By default, users with the Administrator role have this function right.

If you have the CRM license role, you will not be able to view the log report even if you have the respective function rights because a CRM user will not be able to access the Marketing or HRM module.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I view the mail merge log report?

  1. Type or select an ID at Creator under the Criteria section to view the mail merges created by the selected person.
  2. Define the rest of the fields.
  3. Click Show.
