At this screen, you can reopen processed elimination entries. You can then make adjustments and reprocess the entry or delete the reopened entry.
To view elimination entries, function right 31 – View elimination entries is required.
To process elimination entries, function right 35 –Approve or process elimination entries is required.
By default, users with the General Manager and Controller roles have these function rights.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to reopen the processed elimination entry. You can then make adjustments and reprocess the entry or delete the entry. For more information, see Creating and Modifying Elimination Entries.
Click this to exit.
This is automatically filled in with the elimination entry number you selected in the overview. However, you can type or select another entry number to display the processed elimination entries.
In this section, information such as the division, creator, date, G/L, and others are displayed.

Click the creator hyperlink to go to the personal card. For more information, see Viewing Personal Cards.
Click the hyperlink under the G/L column to view the general ledger details. For more information, see Creating Division General Ledger Account.

Click the hyperlink under the Presentation currency column to go to the currency screen. For more information, see Modifying Currency.
