You can export financial reports of your company to your e-mail.

Roles & rights
To export the financial reports, function right 41 – Maintain division category matrix excel (actual data) is required. By default, users with the General Manager and Controller roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Generate
Click this to export the report to the defined e-mail.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, you will see the HRM: Log – Mail merge screen. For more information, see Mail Merge Log Report.

Click this to exit.
Description
Criteria section
Report
Select the layout type of the report. You can choose from Balance or Period: Balance.
G/L: Categories
Select up to six G/L categories to export the report based on these categories. For more information, see Modifying G/L Category.
Note: The categories for selection depend on the categories that you have activated at Financial/Setup/Master data/Categories.
Division
Select the division to view the report. Then, click the icon to select the corresponding information for the different divisions. For more information, see Creating Division and Creating and Modifying Subgroups.
Note: The drop down list box represents division groups and division. If you choose the division value, then the browser itself will show all the divisions available.
If you choose division groups (Layout 1, Layout 2, and others) then the browser will show all the subgroups.
To be able to view the division group, you need to have corporate and strategic group levels. If not, the application will take your current division.
Actions by user/E-mail
At Actions by user, select Standard or Fiscal to determine the type of transaction that you want to export. Leave this option blank if you wish to export both transaction types. Click the icon to select the e-mail that you wish to export the report to. This is mandatory.
Data section
Data / Scenario
At Data, select the type of data to be displayed. You can choose from Actual, Budget, or Forecast. At Scenario, select the type of budget scenario. This is enabled only if you select Budget or Forecast at Data. For more information, see Creating Budget Scenario.
Year / Period
At Year, select the year for which you want the data displayed. For more information, see Creating Financial Year. At Period, type the period (1-12) of the year for which you want the data displayed. If Forecast is selected in Scenario, the period will be for (Actual + Budget).
Compare with section
Data / Scenario
At Data, select the type of data you want to compare with. You can choose from Actual, Budget, or Forecast. Select the type of budget scenario at Scenario. This is enabled only if you select Budget or Forecast at Data. For more information, see Creating Budget Scenario.
Year / Period
At Year, select the year for which you want the data compared with. For more information, see Creating Financial Year. Type the period (1-12) of the year for which you want the data compared with at Period. If Forecast is selected in Scenario, the period will be for (Actual + Budget).
