Product Update 418: Exporting financial statement reports in Microsoft Excel format supported (Polish legislation)

You can now directly export the financial statement reports to the Microsoft Excel format. The enhancement is applicable to Option: 605 for the Polish legislation, and is applicable to the SE0008_PLSFIN module.

The financial statement reports can be exported to the Microsoft Excel format via these menu paths:

• Add-on ➔ Financial statements ➔ Balance sheet
• Add-on ➔ Financial statements ➔ Profit and Loss Statement
• Add-on ➔ Financial statements ➔ Cash Flow Statement
• Add-on ➔ Financial statements ➔ Statement of Changes in Equity 

You can opt to export the reports by selecting the newly added MS Excel option at the Export format field under the Report settings section in the selection screen via the related menu paths.

The generated financial statement reports will be displayed in the Microsoft Excel format as follows:

The information reflected in the reports will be identical to the crystal reports and can be edited.
