What has been changed
The following changes have been implemented:
- A new Digital certificate section is added to the Company data settings. At this section, you can select the respective digital certificate for the UBL/fInvoice or eFactura file. Type in the Certificate password if you have selected a digital certificate for the UBL/fInvoice file. The Electronic invoicing section has been renamed to the Digital certificate section.
- When the invoicing option includes
eInvoice, the eFactura electronic file format will be generated for debtors in Spain. The electronic files generated will be sent together with the invoices and credit notes via e-mail.
Note:
- The eFactura electronic file is digitally signed.
- The digital certificate is imported into the Cert Store for each of the machines before you can send invoices and credit notes with eFactura electronic file via e-mail.
- Java runtime is required for the machine sending the invoice with eFactura file attached. Without the Java runtime installed, the electronic file will be sent without the digital signature.
