PU 504 | 502 (Synergy and Globe+): Continued support for Exact Globe Next 424 SP19 and above

Currently, you can integrate Exact Synergy Enterprise (ESE) 501 with Exact Globe+ (EG+) 501 and Exact Globe Next (EGN) 424 SP18 and below. With this product update, Exact has extended support for EGN 424 so that you can also integrate ESE 502 SP19 and above with EGN 424 SP19 until EGN 424 SP 33. You can also integrate ESE 504 SP34 and above with EGN 424 SP34 and above. This is represented as follows:

Changes have been made to Exact software for this including:

• Exact Lightweight Integration Server (ELIS) - Official support for integration between ESE 502 and EG+ 502/EGN 424, ESE 504 and EG+ 504/EGN 424.
• Installer - When installing or updating ESE 503, or ESE 505 and above, you will be notified that ESE is no longer compatible with EGN. To continue using EGN, ESE must be version 504, 502 or below (as indicated in the image above).
• Various backend changes for multiple modules including invoicing, payroll, Service Management System, and Professional Services Automation, as well as database updates.

Note: To reduce confusion, we have aligned the service pack numbering for ESE 502 with the service pack numbering for ESE 424 and EG+ 502. As a result, the service pack numbering will jump from SP10 to SP19 (SPs 11-18 are skipped and not available). For ESE504, the service pack numbering will jump from SP6 to SP34.
